About DialMove

DialMove is the AI voice agent and dispatch app for moving companies. Our AI receptionist answers your forwarded business line, calculates quotes from your rate card, captures the customer's requested move date, and — with consent — can text a quote or Stripe deposit link. The DialMove app and portal give the business owner and crew access to calls, contacts, quotes, and jobs. A DialMove subscription is required — sign up at dialmove.com.

Getting started

  1. Start your trial at app.dialmove.com/signup and complete onboarding. You'll receive access to your portal and a dedicated DialMove number for forwarded calls.
  2. Set your moving rate card, service area, requested-date workflow, deposit amount, and call-transfer preferences.
  3. Optional — connect Stripe to accept customer card deposits. Stripe sends payouts to the supported bank account or eligible debit card attached to your connected Stripe account.
  4. Install the DialMove app and sign in with the same method you used at signup. Calls, messages, quotes, and jobs flow into your account.

App features

Calls

Inbound calls to your DialMove number are answered by the AI agent. The transcript, contact, quote, requested move date, and resulting job status appear in your DialMove account. You can also place owner-initiated outbound calls from your business number from supported contact and conversation screens.

Requested dates, deposits & job status

For mover calls, DialMove records the customer's requested move date rather than creating a timed Google Calendar appointment. A quote remains pending until it is secured under the mover's process. When a customer successfully pays the configured Stripe deposit, DialMove marks the pending quote booked in the job pipeline. The moving company remains responsible for final scheduling, dispatch, and fulfillment.

Quotes

DialMove calculates mover estimates from the business's configured rate card. The voice agent can offer to text the quote after receiving the caller's consent. The website quote form always emails the owner; when customer quote auto-reply is enabled and an estimate can be calculated, it also emails that estimate to the customer.

Customer deposits & payouts

DialMove customer deposits use Stripe-hosted card checkout. DialMove does not collect or store card details. The moving company connects its Stripe account and chooses a supported external bank account or eligible debit card for Stripe payouts. Customer bank-account or ACH checkout is not currently offered through the DialMove deposit link.

Notifications

The app uses push notifications for new bookings, missed calls, and inbound calls (CallKit ring). Allow notifications when prompted on first launch. You can adjust which notifications are enabled under Settings → Notifications.

Subscription & billing

How am I billed?

DialMove is billed monthly via Stripe. Your invoice is emailed to the address on file, and you can manage payment method, view invoices, and cancel from the customer portal link in any invoice email.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription from the in-app Settings → Subscription screen, or by emailing [email protected]. After cancellation, your account enters a 30-day soft-delete window during which it's recoverable by support; after 30 days, all data is permanently deleted (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Do you offer refunds?

Refund requests are evaluated case by case. Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for the request.

Privacy & data

Inbound call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 12 months. We never sell or share your data, and we do not use your data to train AI models. For full details see our Privacy Policy.

Reporting a bug or requesting a feature

Email [email protected] with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot or screen recording. Please include your phone model and iOS version so we can reproduce the issue.
