These terms & conditions apply to DialMove, a brand operated by ClearShield Advisory LLC d/b/a DialMove. References to "ClearShield" below refer to the company that operates this brand.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by ClearShield Advisory ("we", "us", "our"), including our website at dialmove.com, our merchant portal at app.dialmove.com, our AI-powered phone and SMS services, and all associated integrations. By using our services you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply both to merchants who subscribe to ClearShield ("Merchants") and to end users who interact with our voice or SMS services on a merchant's behalf ("End Users").
Our Services
ClearShield Advisory LLC, operating the DialMove brand, provides an AI-powered voice receptionist and customer-communication platform for moving companies. Our platform answers inbound calls using AI voice agents, captures requested move dates, generates estimates from merchant-configured rates, and — where the merchant has connected Stripe — can issue deposit or payment links on the merchant's behalf during live calls.
Terms for Merchants
Subscription and Billing
- Merchants subscribe to DialMove on a monthly basis. Subscription fees are billed through Stripe.
- Subscription pricing for the DialMove brand is $149/month per merchant after a 30-day free trial; the current price and trial terms are displayed in the merchant portal and Stripe checkout at sign-up.
- Fees are disclosed at sign-up and may change with 30 days' notice.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension. Suspended tenants' voice agents stop taking calls until the account is brought current.
- Merchants may cancel at any time; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle and fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.
Stripe Connect Authorization
Payment-link functionality depends on the merchant connecting or creating a Stripe account through Stripe Connect. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Stripe Connect: Connecting Stripe binds you to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Stripe's Services Agreement in addition to these Terms. You authorize ClearShield to create payment links, invoices, customers, and related Stripe objects on your behalf via Stripe Connect. Funds flow directly between the payer and your Stripe account — ClearShield never takes custody of funds.
- Customer payment method: DialMove deposit links currently use Stripe-hosted card checkout. Customer bank-account or ACH checkout is not currently offered through those links.
- Merchant payouts: Stripe sends payouts to a supported external bank account or eligible debit card configured by the merchant in Stripe. Payout timing, availability, verification, and supported financial institutions are determined by Stripe.
- Revocation: You may disconnect Stripe through your portal or manage the connection through Stripe. Upon disconnection, DialMove can no longer create new payment links, but your DialMove subscription continues unless separately canceled.
- Your responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of any pricing, service descriptions, or invoice contents configured in or routed through your connected accounts. ClearShield acts on the instructions given to the voice agent during a call; we do not independently verify the appropriateness of a payment amount or service description.
Tenant Data and Content
- You retain ownership of your business's customer data (contact information, call notes, quotes, requested move dates, and job records).
- You grant ClearShield a limited license to store, process, and operate on that data for the purpose of delivering the service.
- Upon account cancellation, your data enters a 30-day soft-delete window during which it is hidden from active use but recoverable by support on your request. After 30 days, tenant operational data is hard-deleted from active DialMove systems and is not recoverable, except for records we must retain to comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution obligations. Inbound call recordings and transcripts may be retained for up to 12 months from the date of the call.
Acceptable Use
You may not use DialMove to: (a) send unsolicited marketing or spam SMS/calls; (b) collect deposits or payments for goods or services you are not legally authorized to sell; (c) misrepresent your identity or business to end users; (d) violate Stripe's, Twilio's, an AI service provider's, or any telephony carrier's acceptable use policies.
You must additionally:
- Comply with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state law governing call recording (including two-party-consent recording laws in California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington, among others). Where your agent operates in a two-party-consent jurisdiction, the agent's pre-call recording notice and the merchant's own call-handling practices must satisfy local consent requirements.
- Honor end-user opt-outs. The platform automatically blocks future system SMS to any number that has replied STOP, and merchants may not attempt to circumvent the opt-out list.
- Limit voice cloning (when enabled) to recordings of the merchant's own voice or another individual whose written consent the merchant has obtained.
Terms for End Users (Callers)
Requested Move Dates and Booking Status
- The voice agent may record your requested move date and include it with the quote. This does not create a timed calendar appointment.
- If the merchant requires or offers a deposit, a successful Stripe payment may mark the quote booked in the merchant's DialMove pipeline. The merchant — not ClearShield — remains responsible for final scheduling, dispatch, availability, and fulfillment.
- The merchant may need to confirm, change, or decline a requested move date based on operational availability.
- Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training. You will be notified at the beginning of the call if recording is active.
Quotes and Payment Links
- Any quote provided by the voice agent is an estimate based on the information you provide during the call. The merchant's actual invoice may differ and the merchant is the party responsible for honoring any quoted pricing.
- Payment links and invoices issued during a call are generated on the merchant's connected Stripe account. Customer deposit links currently accept cards through Stripe-hosted checkout. ClearShield never takes custody of funds. Disputes regarding a charge should be raised first with the merchant and then with Stripe under its dispute procedures.
SMS Messaging
- SMS messages are sent only with your explicit verbal consent given during a phone call.
- Message types: requested move-date confirmations, quote follow-ups, and deposit or payment links related to your inquiry. No marketing or promotional messages through this transactional flow.
- Message frequency varies with the move, typically 1–5 messages.
- Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- For help, reply HELP to any message or call the number you originally used to reach us.
- Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Service may not be available on all carriers.

Indemnification
Merchants agree to indemnify and hold ClearShield Advisory harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) the merchant's violation of these Terms or of any third-party provider's terms; (b) the merchant's breach of its obligations to its end-user customers; (c) the merchant's unauthorized or unlawful collection of payments.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
